These terms govern your use of Sugarmum.me, operated by tino24/7 GmbH, Ringbahnstr. 42, 12099 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”). By creating a profile or using the service you accept these terms.
Sugarmum.me is an online introduction and entertainment platform that connects adults seeking honest, openly stated relationships. We provide the platform only: we are not a party to any relationship, meeting, or arrangement between members, and we do not guarantee matches, replies, or outcomes.
Profiles and conversations shown in marketing areas, demos, and editorial content (including the Guide) are illustrative and may not depict real members.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts to protect the community.
You agree not to:
— offer, request, or advertise commercial sexual services of any kind (this is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate removal);
— request money, gift cards, crypto, or “verification fees” from other members;
— impersonate others, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your age;
— harass, threaten, or abuse other members, or post unlawful content;
— scrape, automate, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
Basic use (the “Charming” plan) is free. Paid memberships (“Devastating”, “Kept Man”) are monthly subscriptions billed through our payment provider at the prices shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By requesting immediate access to the paid features, you consent to us starting performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses with complete performance; until then, withdrawal remains possible against payment for the service already provided.
You keep the rights to the content you post (photos, texts). You grant us a simple, revocable licence to host and display it within the service. You must hold the necessary rights to everything you upload. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
We do not run background checks on members. Use your judgement: meet in public, tell a friend, and review our safety guide. If another member behaves inappropriately, use the block and report functions or contact us at kontakt@tino247.de.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law (including injury to life, body, or health). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for the conduct of members on or off the platform.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account and data directly in the app (You → Delete account). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.
We may amend these terms for good cause (legal changes, new features). We will announce material changes in the service; if you continue using Sugarmum.me after the announced date, the amended terms apply.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
